Terms and Policies

1.) Refund / Return Policy

1. A minimum forty percent (40%) deposit or One Hundred, Fifty Dollars ($150.00), whichever is greater, is required at signing of the contract. This deposit is not refundable.
2. Additional funds paid toward the charter will be refunded if cancellation notice is submitted at least 2 weeks prior to charter. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and received either by fax, email or U.S. Mail.

2.) Fulfillment Policy

1. Celtic Transportation will guarantee its service to the extent of its control.
2. Service is not guaranteed for circumstances arising out of the company’s inability to perform due to Acts of God, mechanical breakdowns, traffic conditions or any unforeseen events beyond Celtic Transport Logistics reasonable control except for willful misconduct by the company, employee or its agents.

3.) Privacy Policy

1. No information regarding names, email addresses, phone numbers or credit card information will be forwarded or sold to any other parties.
2. All payment / credit card data is stored on a secure server.
